Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time…

Please be sure your “ship to” address is correct. Orders are shipped to the address listed on your account or as noted at checkout if different from your account, and/or order. Not verifying your ship to address prior to the finalization of your order may significantly impact the time in which it takes to get your order delivered. Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC is not responsible for verifying your shipping/mailing address, and/or the correct spelling of your first and last name when your order is placed, although every attempt will be made to do so through normal tools available from the major carriers, and our shipping system for accuracy, it is not our responsibility to verify your full name or address.  

Most orders are typically shipped within 1-3 days from the date of order placement. We primarily ship USPS with Priority Mail shipping at a flat rate of $8.95.  And $13.95 for heavy shipments. Orders are not processed for shipment over the holidays from our Showroom.  Orders are generally shipped in the order in which they are received. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC will be able to invoice you to cover the expense of expediting your order for delivery. Also, we'll do our best to fit your order into our schedule, while not causing a delay to orders placed prior to yours. Also, we do not ship on weekends, any orders placed Friday-Sunday, will be shipped during the week, which will start on Monday and go through Thursday. 

E-Check

If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, and/or Square your order will not be processed, and/or shipped until the payment has cleared.

Cigar/Custom Apparel:  Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process the order before your order is shipped. Our Cigar Apparel is custom-made-to-order/direct order purchases, we do not keep in-house stock on these products.

We offer free shipping on all orders $99+ and that's Every. Single. Day. 

• NOTE: We Ship Daily! Order by 3pm, for same day shipping, excluding Weekends/Holidays & Cigar Apparel. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. 

Christmas Holiday Time Shipping During the holiday season, please also allow for shipping delays and additional holiday order volume. And, the current impact of COVID-19 as it relates to mail carriers can cause shipping delays. 

Carriers…

Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all orders, unless a different carrier is specifically requested in the notes section at checkout. All Domestic orders are mailed via Priority Mail, which generally arrives in two to three days, but is not “guaranteed” to arrive in that time frame. Our larger shipment items such as hats and larger quantities (5-10 items) orders are always shipped via UPS. 

Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC can use the following carriers to deliver your package, although additional costs may be incurred and will need to be paid for prior to shipment:

• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL

Shipping Rates…

Shipping costs are listed with each item and are combined for multiple item purchases. The price includes tracking for domestic orders and a minimal amount for packaging, handling, and fees. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping your order will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide that the shipping fees are not commensurate with the product(s) purchased.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive the tracking number and would like one, please contact us, Monday through Friday between 9 am and 8 pm, Eastern Standard Time. You can contact us:

Back Orders…

If an item goes on backorder, Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will then ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC ships Worldwide (Internationally) through UPS.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes…

Red Lips and Cigar Sticks, LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.
