CUSTOMER SERVICE…

Thank you for shopping at Red Lips and Cigar Sticks®. Customer Service is very important to us, and we want you to love your Red Lips and Cigar Sticks® products as much as we love designing and making them. We also want you to be happy with your experience with us. But (there’s always a but isn’t there?) in order for our business to run smoothly and to be able to guarantee a satisfying experience, there are a few policies that we must disclose, enforce and uphold.


ORDER ERRORS…

We hate to make mistakes, but sometimes we do! If we made an error on your order, please forgive us because we are, after all, human, and please give us a chance to make it right. We want to make certain that our customers are pleased with our products and our service.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS…

All Red Lips and Cigar Sticks® products are inspected for quality assurance, but sometimes things slip by us. Please make sure you also inspect your products as soon as you receive them and let us know if there is a problem. We are more than happy to replace any product that is damaged, but our policy is that we must be notified within three (3) business days of you receiving your order.


CANCELLATIONS and ORDER CHANGES…

If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us at (980) 297-4234 or e-mail us at redlipsandcigarsticks@gmail.com as soon as you can. All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order.  This is where we start our fulfillment process. Apparel T-shirts are processed in the same matter of 1-2 business days from the time of order. However, these are direct orders and once the print company notifies us of pick-up date, we cannot start the fulfillment process, which is normally 3-5 days from the date of order. Therefore, if you need to make any necessary changes such as cancellations or changing your order, please do so before your order has been processed and shipped (within in 48 hours of ordering).  If you do not contact us in time, your order will be shipped, as ordered from our website and without the option of a refund, at that time. 


ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there is no refund or exchange policy unless you received damaged items. If you receive damaged items within your shipment, you have three (3) business days to contact us regarding the replacement of the damaged item(s). Please send pictures of the damaged items and a description of the damage to redlipsandcigarsticks@gmail.com, along with your order number, for our review.
