ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there is no refund or exchange policy, unless you received damaged items. If you receive damaged items within your shipment, you have three (3) business days to contact us regarding the replacement of the damaged item(s). Please send pictures of the damaged item(s) and a description of the damage to redlipsandcigarsticks@gmail.com, along with your order number, for our review. 

If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
